Got a kit in hand? Enter the serial number below to attach it to your account. We'll know to expect your sample, and your CanAlt Naturopath will be ready to release results the moment the lab is done.

Check your email

When your practitioner assigned your kit, CanAlt emailed you a secure link to register it. That link is all you need — there is no account to create and no serial number to type. Open the email from CanAlt and tap Register your kit.

Can't find it?

Try these, in order:

  1. Search your inbox for CanAlt — the sender is noreply@canaltlabs.com.
  2. Check your spam or junk folder, and any Promotions tab.
  3. Ask the practitioner who gave you the kit to resend it. They can do that from their CanAlt portal in one click, and it is the fastest route because they can also confirm we have the right email address for you.

Still stuck? Email inquire@canaltlabs.com or call 1-877-900-8008 and we will resend it. Please don't post your sample without registering first — the lab needs the registration to know whose sample it is.

How kit registration works

CanAlt ships the kit first — you only need to register it when you're ready to collect a sample. The serial number attaches the physical kit to your account, so:

  • Your CanAlt Naturopath sees the kit in your record and knows what's coming.
  • The lab can match the sample to your account the moment it arrives.
  • You're not committed to a timeline — register when collection is convenient.
